Crazy&Beautiful...

Okay so last Friday morning I woke up at 6am because I was obviously super excited about that night. My bff(lisa) & I we went to see Landon Pigg in NYC! :)

Let me just tell you because of waking up at 6am that morning, I thought my day was never ending, waking up that early sucks!but my day really started like this; So a little after 1pm i left my house to meet up with Lisa at her work, but before that I went to Price Chopper, omg what a funny/weird experience that was only because i was sitting in their cafe part of the store just looking thru a magazine & I look up & this guy is just wanting to be stared at because he was just “trying” to dress like a woman, it was so freaky. It still puzzles me why a guy would want to be a woman & the other way around. Will we ever get the real true answers as to why someone would want to live life like that, probably not.

It was about 2:30 so I decided to leave PC & go meet up with Lisa at her work. So  a few minutes before 4pm we got to the Albany train station, to catch our 4:15 train to the city. We were definitely soo stoked to be seeing Landon that night. I was absolutely freakin flyyiinng hyper , I had so much caffeine that day; but hey I really needed it. We got to the city pretty fast, not as many stops as usual. We listened to Landon on Lisa’s ipod, that really helped the time go haha! Okay then we finally got to Penn Station. We walked out of the station & asked these guys who looked like they worked @ the station to get to the street we needed for our hotel, & one pointed to the left & the other to right, it was hilarious, but we ended up finding our hotel with no problem, very close to penn station.

The real adventure started once we got to our hotel. We got checked in, & then we went up to the room, got ready really quick & decided to leave & find Joe’s Pub first before going to get food. we literally were walking around for a good almost 2 hours before finding the Pub. So after walking into many many stores asking them how to get to Lafayette st. & no one knowing how to get there, we finally found this place with security so they helped us a lot & we got a map Aha! & we found Joe’s Pub(YAY!) Oh I forgot to mention on our to Joe’s Pub Lisa & I all of a sudden heard really loud music coming down the street & it was people on Bikes, we were like seriously wth?! is this. it was hilarious. It really looked like the scene from the 30 seconds to mars video for ‘Kings & Queens’. hahaha!

We were sooo hungry so we found a cute diner to eat a late dinner  before the show. I of course had belgian waffles with apples & cinnamon sooo delicious! OMG! the funniest/ one of the best moments of my life happened after I was done eating, I look up & who walks by the diner NONE OTHER THAN Landon Pigg; I kid you not my heart started racing, my hands started shaking, i got up walked out of the diner, looked down the street & landon was nowhere to be found. I’m like Ohh shit! Aha! People in that diner must have thought i was damn weirdo, but to be honest i don’t care. Lisa thought it was freaking hilarious obviously. To see Landon walk by somewhere & your really not expecting it is umm something you can’t really explain. So after i walked back into the diner, composed myself, we paid for our meals & walked back to Joe’s Pub & got inline a little after 10pm there was a show before Landon & so we couldnt go in til 11:30pm , Yeah he wasnt going on til midnight, that was my first time ever going to a show @ 12am . I really liked this place cause there was tables & it was dark & candle lit very intimate! While inline Lisa & I met 2 girls who also loved Landon’s music a lot, so we all talked music & such before going in. & we all sat together during his set.

Onto Landon’s set that night Oh my God; he is absolutely amazing live, it went by way too fast though. He did sing one of my all time favorite songs ‘made for glory’, thats where i got my tumblr name from.haha! :)
Landon is sooo hilarious too, I had all i could do to not laugh out loud when he said I did yoga in my boxers because the pants i wear are too tight. hahahaha! after his set, we are all like we need to meet him NOW! so somehow we ended up behind the stage lol. & So Landon was taking photos with people, we patiently waited, but then of course i had to pee so we went to the bathroom quick & he was still there & then Landon went to get a sharpie, aha! I’m like hey Landon pictures? he’s like don’t worry i’ll get a picture with you. He went by his merch & thats where he stayed for the rest of the time taking photos & talking with people.

Here comes the really fun fun fun part; one of the girls we met inline Emily, started taking photos with Lisa’s camera while I was talking with Landon, we were like what are you doing? Emily’s like i’m “taking in the moment” pictures. & we all laughed. it was so hilarious. Landon is such a sweetheart; i didn’t want to leave his show, he is definitely someone i could have watched all night. He is just that AMAZING! the conversation I had with Landon I will never ever forget it <3


There is a few things that happened while Lisa & I were walking the city trying to find Joe’s Pub that i;d rather not mention. some was funny, & some was just really fucking scary! All I have to say is I will never ever wear an extremely short dress in the city again. hahah! 

   Like a little locket hangs Round your little neck so closely to your heart So shall I be forever…..

Aha! I am starting this tumblr all over again. not too sure what to say here tonight but if i think of something I’ll post it. hahahaha

P.S. either tonight or tomorrow i will write up about this past weekend. :)
